Sales tracker questions

What is a sales tracker template?

A sales tracker template is a structured spreadsheet for recording opportunities, owners, pipeline stages, deal values, close dates, follow-ups, and next actions in one consistent view.

What columns should a sales tracking spreadsheet include?

Include the deal and company, owner, stage, value, probability, expected close date, last contact, next follow-up, next step, and notes.

How is weighted pipeline value calculated?

Multiply each deal value by its close probability, then add the weighted values. A $10,000 deal at 40% probability contributes $4,000.

Can I open the exported tracker in Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. Download the CSV, then open it directly in Excel or import it into Google Sheets. Dates and numeric values are kept in separate columns.

Is the sales data uploaded anywhere?

No. The tracker runs in your browser and exports locally. DripAgent does not receive the deal data you enter in this tool.
